Introduction to SUP Yoga

Join Women of Color Remake Wellness for an introduction to paddle board (SUP) yoga session. This session is exclusively for folx who identify as Black, Indigenous and person of colour, This is an introduction session, no previous stand up paddle board or yoga is required. All fitness levels are welcome. Expect a supportive environment for all levels.

We will start on land and teach you the basics of stand up paddle boarding, safety, stance, and paddle techniques before we head on the water to practice these skills. Regardless of your level of fitness, you will be standing up on your very first session!

We supply all the equipment. If you have a lifejacket you love please bring.
