Join Women of Color Remake Wellness and Network of Black Business and Professional Women on a 4km hike in Gatineau Park. We will be taking Trail 36 (Carbide Willson Ruins and Meech Lake Falls) where you can take in the breathtaking view of Meech Lake from O'Brian Beach and Carbide Willson Ruins.
The hike will be at a comfortable pace for all levels of fitness. Families and children are welcome. The trail is great for beginners and kid friendly with lots of pit stops.
This is an inclusive representation of nature-loving folks (i.e., BIPOC women, BIPOC men, Two-spirited, BIPOC non-binary, BIPOC LGBTQ2S+ and Allies)! 🔥🦋🥾⛰
We encourage everyone to arrive 10-15 minutes early to secure a parking spot. Also expect to pay for parking.
