Join us for an empowering and rejuvenating BIPOC SUP Yoga session at Ottawa Sup! This event is specifically designed to provide a safe and inclusive space for individuals who identify as Black, Indigenous, or a Person of Color (BIPOC). Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, this unique experience combines the tranquility of yoga with the serenity of stand-up paddleboarding (SUP).

During the session, you'll have the opportunity to practice yoga on a stand-up paddleboard, floating on the peaceful waters of Ottawa. Our expert instructor will guide you through a series of gentle movements and poses, helping you find balance, strength, and harmony in both body and mind.

No prior experience with paddleboarding or yoga is necessary. Our instructor will provide a brief introduction to SUP before we begin, ensuring that everyone feels confident and ready to explore this unique fusion of yoga and water sports.

All necessary equipment, including paddleboards, paddles, and life jackets, will be provided
