Join us for an invigorating training class as part of our Community Move and Connect series, designed to foster connection and wellness among BIPOC women in our community. This event will take place at Wheelhouse Cycle, where you'll experience an energizing workout and the chance to build meaningful connections.

Move with Wheelhouse Training Club:

The WH Training Club is more than just a fitness class; it's a community-driven initiative aimed at empowering members to grow stronger together. This 50-minute session will challenge nearly every part of your body, including arms, back, core, and glutes, through beat-based workouts and dynamic lighting that enhances the experience. Expect a mix of strength and endurance training designed to leave you feeling accomplished and energized.

Sip & Snack: After the workout, indulge in light refreshments and snacks, providing the perfect opportunity to relax and connect with other participants.
