Join us for a half-day retreat as part of our Move, Connect & Unwind wellness program.
We'll start the class by learning and practicing boxing techniques. Then, we'll connect with other BIPOC women over light refreshments and snacks. Finally, we'll end the event with a guided meditation.
This experience is suitable for all levels.
Please note that while this is an inclusive event, it was curated with BIPOC individuals in mind. As such, 20 spaces are reserved for the BIPOC community and 5 for allies.
