The perinatal period includes those trying to conceive, pregnancy and postpartum period(anytime after childbirth). Work with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. As well as grief/loss, birth trauma, infertility, parenting/relationship issues, identity/life transitions for parents, and perfectionism.
